National Certification does not mean much. When moving to a different state, you will automatically have to conform to what the license guideline is for that state, national certification or not, (i.e. Florida has a 500hr requirement for classroom, while N.Y. has 1000hrs.) Some states have different hour requirements. All states have state rules and laws that you must take before they issue a license. You already passed a test to get your license. National Certification has to be renewed every two years at a cost. Just as your license. So instead of one charge you now have two. If credetialing is important to you then I would do it, if not you will have to comply with the state that you are moving to anyway.
