Take your time!

The best way to find the best school is not to rush, I spent around 7 months looking into where I should go, and the best advice I got was via word of mouth!

The college prospectus aren't really the most reliable source to discover what is truly offered so I booked in for a number of massages in different salons with different therapists and asked each of them where they had trained.

Surprisingly it soon became apparent that the massages I didn't rate that highly had all been trained at the local college night school,which helped me to rule that out straight away. The massages I did enjoy and rated highly allowed me to further investigate by going online and joining the college forum to discuss with the current students what they thought and what they were doing on the course.

I then contacted the college who informed me of a number of taster sessions they were running and a number of open nights where I could meet the teachers and sample some of the massages available after taking up these offers and even though this college was 27 miles from my home I decided to enroll there where I completed my studies knowing that I had definitely made the right choice!
