Pay what you can Pricing

Shortly after opening my first practice, I was stumped as to how to get enough clients to fill my schedule and turn a profit. I remember a chiropractor in my town advertising his services for a suggested price, but accepting payments anonymously in a "trust box" mounted in his office. His clients could pay as much as they wanted, whenever they wanted. I don't do this sort of payment method anymore, but when I did it sure attracted a lot of clients, many of which stayed loyal when I fixed my prices a year into my practice.
