The Chubb Institute was created in 1970, due to the inability to find qualified employees to work for a multi-million dollar computer center. Because of this, the company decided to create its own training center, and the demand for these trained employees grew throughout the computer world. IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and even UPS were looking for skilled employees, and were able to find them through the Chubb Institute.
High-Tech Institute acquired the Chubb Institute in 2004, which added many locations throughout the United States. The hands-on learning and practical job training including a popular massage therapy program has evolved over time. Some Chubb Institute locations have been renamed as the Banner Institute, but they still teach the curriculum that was taught at the Chubb Institute.
The Massage Diploma
The Chubb Institute offers a variety of different programs, ranging from health care careers to graphic design classes.
