Moved from Tennessee, to Florida and back to Tennessee

Okay, Im confused. I retired my Tennessee license before moving to Florida. I went for more hours in Florida and took and passed my NCBTMB. On moving back to Tennessee I have to reinstate my Tennessee license, but what do I do with my national license, or certificate from Florida? Can I retire the Florida one, and still be nationally certified or must I keep renewing?
