badly organized

I cannot believe my eyes when I read your article.
It sounds to me that this chiropractor employs too many therapists, and is not interested in having an organized business.

Do you rent a room at this place, are you hired on an hourly basis, or are you paid a percentage of each massage completed?

First. You should begin to re-negotiate your hourly rate or percentage with him.

Second. If he is willing negotiate with you to set specific rates etc. I get it in writing from him so there is no misunderstanding. He should sit down with the other therapist as well otherwise read on.

Third. Find another place to work where you negotiate your fees, rent, percentage up front this leaves out confusion.

I have set up and organized massage departments at MD offices and my office successfully. I made sure everything was well understood among all the therapists and had bi-weekly meetings with them.
So you must stay organized and get everything in
writing.

Hope this Helps..!
