Maintaining client loyality

I use various ways to maintain client loyalty. To start with, I give my clients the best service and my rates are competitive. That is the basic reason why my clients don't think about going to my competitors. I also offer special discounts. If someone get four massages done by us, we give them 50% discount to them on their fifth massage.
I always ask my clients before they leave, if they would like to book for their next massage. Most clients make a booking and do come back.
