Just moved to San Diego

My name is Robert Hanash, and I am a Texas state licensed massage therapist from El Paso, Texas.
I am now in San Diego and I carry with me a membership to ABMP, insurance, and 750 course hours of school from the Mesilla Valley School of Therapeutic Arts in Las Cruces, NM.

I just recently moved to San Diego, California
I have been told a different tale by each and every person in the licensing and health departments as to how I may go about acquiring good standing to perform professional therapeutic bodywork in the city. I have been informed that I do need national certification before I can apply locally. I have also been told that I will receive licensing while I work and through my employer.. And everything in between!! I surely don't mean to complain, just hoping you could set me on the right path.
