It Helps to be a 'homebody' with a Home-Based Massage Business

I have been doing massage out of my home for about 10 years. I tried working out of two different salons, but found that I did not have total control over everything. To me, environment is extremely important during a massage. I demand quiet, no interruptions and no people moving around or shutting doors. I only had complete control at my own home. But I am a confirmed 'homebody' and love being at home a lot. I don't think I could stand working from home if I wasn't.

You have been working for yourself for a very long time. You have been your own boss. Working outside of the home requires for one to be a teamplayer with other people in your work place. This includes putting up with attitudes and other negative traits.
It can be difficult to be comformed to that after a long time of having it your own way. Weigh in the pros and cons of working from home and working outside the home. Perhaps you can do it part time, and get used to it. Better yet, you might want to become the employer and grow your business, and have it your way!
