Handling a Missed Job Interview

I need your expert opinion on my current situation. I had an interview today with an incredible Spa, and I'm unable to go due to a family emergency. I called last night to notify the manager of my predicament, I am yet to talk with the mgr this morning to try to re-schedule my appointment.

Do you think this would have a bad impression on this person? I am afraid she would not consider me anymore for the opening. Please advise!
