Customer Loyalty Is Very Important
Nowadays, because of competition, it has become harder to retain customers. I believe that anybody should do what's necessary in order to keep an existing customer. In my part, this includes giving a customer a free massage for every other customer he or she refers me to.
There's also a time when the customer's can't pay yet so what I did was to just keep tabs and just make them pay after their pay day once they already have their pay checks.
