Working on the cruise ship was fun for me. I'm a massage therapist in carnival cruise for 3 yrs, but look what had happened to me I have Carpel Tunnel.. The doctor advice me this job is not suited for me. Steiner sucks.. Give us long hours of duty and we only get commission on service and retails + TIPS.. .

Having Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is already HIGHLY misdiagnosed, but if in fact you do have it you have no one to blame but yourself. I've been massaging for 10 years, 3 of which were also spent on a cruise ship (consecutively with no vacation or breaks)... It all comes down to body mechanics and self care. Both of which you more than likely don't practice very well.
