Care And Respect Creates Loyal Clients

Demonstrating care and respect for new clients is the key to loyalty. For example, I've found that taking a few minutes before the session to ask a new client what they hope to get out of the massage. If the client mentions something specific, remember it! When I follow up with the client I will ask about their answer. This shows the client that I remember them as an individual rather than one among many.
