Description: The American Institute of Massage Therapy exists for the purpose of teaching massage therapy and also offers a course in colon therapy. The importance of perceiving the individual as a whole person and treating the physical and emotional aspects of health are both strongly emphasized. Our 720-hour Massage Therapy Program is designed to exceed the 500-hour requirement set forth by the State of Florida regulating Massage Therapy.The graduate of the Massage Therapy Program receives a diploma verifying 720 hours in Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy training and is eligible to take the National Certification Exam.
