Action Speaks Louder Than Words

You can always give the best mumbo-jumbo but I believe nothing beats experiencing the actual massage. (Still, it helps if you know the talk.) I just make my hands do the talking for me. That is why whenever possible, I give them a free demonstration or a massage session. The demo is way better, in my opinion, than just a sales pitch.

I have been on both ends. I was hired and I hired. I was always lucky that after giving a massage to a therapist, they usually say it's the best massage they ever got. I always got the job. It's getting to the table that's not always easy, especially because I'm a man.
When I hired, it's hard to turn down someone without great skills. Some you know they will improve, others, you know they should pursue other ventures.

But when you look for a therapist to massage your clients, you want to give them someone who's already good.
